Join me where we discuss how...
Confidence doesn’t grow overnight.
It grows through seasons.
Through self-reflection.
Through action.
Through choosing yourself, and asking why not me.
If you’re ready to build the kind of confidence that doesn’t disappear under pressure — join me.
This session has something for everyone looking to up their confidence game!
In this 60-minute session, we’ll explore why confidence feels strong in some areas of your life — and unexpectedly fragile in others. You’ll gain a clear, practical understanding of how confidence actually develops, including how your early experiences, core beliefs, environment, and lived experiences shape the way you show up today. We’ll unpack why criticism can linger longer than it should, why certain rooms feel harder to enter, and why “just believe in yourself” is incomplete advice.
You’ll learn a structured, step-by-step process for building sustainable confidence, one that moves from identity and emotional regulation into action, reflection, self-trust, and ultimately embodied confidence. We’ll also look at how confidence grows differently across various domains of your life (career, relationships, leadership, visibility), and how to intentionally strengthen the area you most want to grow.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, language to understand your own patterns, and one practical action you can take immediately to begin building grounded, lasting confidence.
